Our Story

I began my journey in the art of hibachi more than a decade ago, dedicating myself to perfecting my craft and developing my personal style. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of entertaining families and friends, discovering the true joy of bringing people together around food, fire, and laughter.

The challenges of the pandemic prompted me to take a leap of faith and create Kaiju Yaki. I started with a vision to share my passion for hibachi, and it has been a rewarding journey ever since. My heart swells with happiness when we celebrate life’s special moments—graduations, surprise birthdays, or simply reuniting with loved ones. I believe that each gathering we facilitate is unique, and the incredible memories we’ve built together will remain etched in my heart forever.
